I decided back in June 2021 to purchase a house in North Carolina.  Zaida was referred by a realtor friend who was located in South Carolina.  As you know, the housing market was not friendly to home buyers.  Through the pains of finding available houses and the bidding wars, it was best decided to purchase a new home.
 
Those last 60 days to close on the house were excruciating.  Unavailable building supplies, rescheduled closing dates, living in a hotel with an unhappy cat…so stressful.  But through it all, Zaida was my champion.  She was relentless in maintaining contact with the builders and their agents.  She was right by my side when I conducted the walk-throughs.  Her expertise and her “eagle eye” really made a difference with the inspections.
